Your Bespoke Kitchen or Bedroom Furniture Design in 4 Simple Stages

Stage 1: Design

If you are looking at getting a bespoke kitchen or handmade fitted bedroom furniture, the design stage is an essential part of the process. It is important to us that the design is right for you before we begin to make your furniture.

 

 

At AJKB we visit you and your home before we design your furniture. We will work with you to create a design that meets your requirements from a visual, practical and functional point of view.

 

Using the latest 3D design software we are able to create a detailed graphic illustration and photo-realistic drawings of the furniture which allows you to envisage how your perfect kitchen or bedroom will look once installed.

Stage 2: Manufacture

At Andrew James Kitchens and Bedrooms we believe in quality, precision and attention to detail and that is why every piece of furniture is hand manufactured to suit the specific living space.

 

 

  1. Each piece is hand cut twice and routered to ensure clean straight edges
  2. The edges are then hand cleaned ensuring seamless joints
  3. We hand check and finish every piece of material as it passes through the manufacturing process. This makes it easy for us to pick up on material irregularities ensuring every piece is of the right quality
  4. Our furniture is then hand marked and built into units using the required construction techniques for that particular piece of furniture.

All of the materials we use are of the highest quality to ensure the durability of our furniture and complete customer satisfaction.

 

Every handmade piece of furniture we make is produced using exactly the same skills, materials and process which ensure that we can offer every customer the same flexibility and quality at a reasonable price.

Stage 3: Installation

Our aim is to ensure every installation is a stress free process that does not impact on your day to day life.

 

We will provide a detailed plan for the specific installation including start date, schedule of work and completion date.

 

 

If the project is a kitchen installation we will inform you of times that you will be without a kitchen sink or cooker. In addition your new furniture will be fully manufactured before we even start removing your old units.

 

Once we have finished the installation we will ensure that your new kitchen or bedroom is left in a clean and tidy manner, ready for you to live in.

Stage 4: Post Installation

Our commitment to every customer does not stop once we have installed your new kitchen or bedroom and we provide an after sales care service to all customers in the unlikely event that there are any issue.
